All Images (which term includes DIGITAL IMAGES ) in the image library are copyright of CameraSport.

You acknowledge that the Images are our valuable property, as are any digital images created from the Images (" Digital Images"). You agree to destroy all Digital Images including any pre-press or pre-production copies of the Images and any copies or records of the Images held on a database within 90 days of the date of receipt of the Images or completion of the maximum production run.

You must credit us every time an Image is used. If you fail to credit the Image an additional 50% of the original fee will be payable.

You may not manipulate or adapt the image(s) so as to make it or them materially different to the original, without prior written permission from CameraSport. Each Digital Image created by you shall be recorded, labelled with the Image reference number used by us, and held on an electronic database under your sole possession and control.

The images may not be altered or used in any way that may be construed as being unlawful, or to bring disrepute upon the subject(s).

CameraSport will not indemnify against any wrongful use of any image. It is the responsibility of yourself to ensure the image(s) are used in accordance with the licensing bodies guidelines. (For example: The ruling body may dictate that images are used in an editorial context only.) Organisations that do have strict usage guidelines include: Premier League Football, Nationwide League Football, UEFA, etc. You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required for reproduction are obtained. We make no claim or warranty with regard to your use of names, people, trademarks or copyright material depicted in any Image.
